A spider's view of the past

I found this little fella (or lass) in the garage nestled amongst my weights, which haven't been used in nearly three years. The daily physical demands of looking after two toddlers has made weight training redundant. But my poke around the other day brought these and other reminders of times past. And of different lives. Hockey sticks, a racing bike, a punching bag, 4 person tent... these all belong to a time without children, a time of outdoor adventures, a time with more time!
I'm sure these things will all find their uses again in years to come. For now though I'm happy for our arachnid friends to enjoy their shelter.
