I love music

- especially live music. Last Staurday night at Bosso & Boo, Hobart's new boho-inspired lounge bar, cafe and restaurant, the Steve Young Trio performed their cruisy repertoire of blues and jazz.

I was taking photos on the night but what I really wanted to do was pour a glass of red and mellow in a corner - it was that kind of atmosphere (nothing can beat live jazz for bringing on a craving for red wine).

I haven't heard live music for a while (aside from buskers), so this was a great reminder to me to make more of an effort to get out and hear some. I reckon Hobart needs more live music venues though (the pokies have wrecked the pub scene) - hopefully B&B will become a regular one!
